Really wanted to like it but...

I've never written a poor review before but feel I should share my experience with this product. The description is misleading. This is a non-lathering, cream cleanser and should be listed as such. No matter what you do, it won't lather. And, no matter how much I rinse, it feels as if it leaves a residue behind and I have to follow it with another cleanser. It doesn't rinse cleanly and I'm left with a heavy product-like feeling on my face. If I'm going to double-cleanse, I have many cleansing balms and oils I'd prefer to use rather than this. I tried it several times to make sure I wasn't missing something and got the same result every time. I'm glad there are people who like this, I'm just not one of them and I certainly wouldn't give it to my 16-year-old daughter struggling with acne, as she doesn't need anything left on her face to further clog her pores. It's a shame because we are using their toner and peel pads and love them!
