I adore this product! The 5% is perfect for my skin. I use it almost every night. It is important for me to use a good moisturizer on top of it. I can tell a difference in the smoothness of my skin. I am a 50 year old woman and I have been using retinol for over 7 years. I felt I needed to boost my retinol so I moved up to the 5x serum(I was currently using the 3x). Great for refining the skin and for texture issues. It will also help in clearing the skin of breakouts, etc. I would recommend (if you are not used to using retinol) starting off with the 3x instead of the 5x. I have seen great results: smoother and more even skin and this product is less irritating than other brands.
