This treatment feels very nice, soft & light upon application. As you apply it to your neck and/or décolleté, it absorbs quickly, feels good and smooths the crepey look along with vertical & horizontal lines. I used a bottle, stopped and noticed the change backwards within a week or two. So, it is worth the higher price to me for the benefits.

This is a review coming from about a month of use (two pumps per application, twice a day) on my neck. I have not noticed any visible results yet, but I am keeping my hope and will continue to apply for a little longer to see if results will deliver with continuous use. So far, the pros are: moisturizing, doesn't leave sticky residue, packaging/bottle is nice to use, and there is a good amount of product that lasts a while. Cons would be the that I haven't seen too much difference with one month use, and it is on the more expensive side, but it is a medical grade skin care which is somewhat expected.

non irritating neck cream
After trying several samples of Nectifirm, I finally decided to go ahead and buy it. My neck is extremely sensitive so I have trouble using anti-aging products on it. I end up using them on my hands and body. Finally, I can apply Nectifirm and know that I am nourishing my neck and decollete and feel confident that I won't get an angry rash for several days. I love the Revision products and use several of them including the DEJ eye cream.

I’ve been using Nectifirm for a good 15 years plus! I would say I switched to the advanced around 60! I see a huge difference in my neck compared to women my age! Myself I usually use two pumps since it does go along way, and it’s also expensive. I will continue to use.

Worth a Try
This product has a very light, pleasant scent and absorbs well into the skin. I've frequented a high end esthetician's office for a while and they almost exclusively sell Revision, so I wanted to give this product a try. I'm sure it will take continued use over time, but I do feel at least one of the lines on my neck has softened, and it's a very quick and simple addition to my existing skincare routine.

Wean into using regularly, can be drying
I like Nectifirm but I noticed that my neck got very dry when I first started. I had to stop and give my neck a break. Once it felt hydrated, I weaned nectifirm back into the routine slowly. Seems to be making a difference.
