I had tried a sample of Nectifirm advanced, and it was fabulous. However, we all have our financial limits, so I purchased regular Nectifirm on sale. Nectifirm is excellent it diminishes lines and it really helps my double chin. The regular Nectifirm seemed slightly more moisturizing then the advanced.
