I'm almost 70 and I've been using Revision Nectifirm (and now the Advanced formula) for the last 5 years. I really don't see a huge difference between the two......both are great! I'm very pleased using Revision Skincare's Nectifirm product. I had only used their tinted moisturizer SPF along with their eye cream before this purchase. Both of those products I love! For using this product consistently for over a year now I can't say for certain how much it has helped my neck/ and chest. I do sleep on my side (I try to sleep on my back but find myself on my side more often than not) and I tend to curl up with my chin down which doesn't help the crepe skin and wrinkles.
