Nice Moisturizer but not sure of Long Term Results
I like how this cream feels on the skin. It is rich but doesn't feel heavy. It's hard to tell if my skin quality/thickness is improving, but it definitely keeps my neck nicely moisturized. I think that is beneficial long term. Hoping it will keep it thick and smooth in the long run.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now on the advice of my dermatologist. She was not sure if I would see results without surgery, I have sagging skin on my neck after losing 60 pounds on my own. I started using Nectifirm two years ago in my early-forties when I noticed a crease in my neck from all of the time I spent with my neck flexed. It applies smoothly, absorbs quickly, has a light scent that does not linger, and adds just the right amount of moisture to my skin. The appearance of the crease in my neck softened, but it didn't go away completely with the cream alone. The line is now barely visible with a combination of the cream and exercises to improve my posture. Before finding this product, I did experiment with less expensive neck creams and didn't notice a substantial difference in my appearance. However, I didn't like how heavy, greasy, or scented the other products were.
