The packaging is great and has a cooling applicator tip- I like not having to use my finger. It is slightly tingly which I like and I use it a lot at night as a lip mask. Effective, but sticky
I think this is a great lip balm -- it is very sticky, so it really stays on. I would recommend only using at night as it can be hard to use during the day. I took off one point because while it is very sticky, I do not find it as moisturizing. I think it is more of an occlusive than a balm. But still effective and I will repurchase.
