This brand was recommended by the aesthetician in my dermatologists office for my mature skin. I had been a faithful user of NIA24 products until the company discontinued their line of products I had been using. I really think this cream has helped my skin. I purchased the full-size product after receiving a sample with a previous order. The sample was fantastic, ultra moisturizing and I could feel and see the results the next morning-fine lines were minimized, soft skin with a nice glow to it. That led me to order the full-size product which was a disappointment. After applying the first time I had to double check to make sure the sample was the same as the product I ordered, big difference. It’s OK as a moisturizer but does not have the same affect on my skin. I do like the dispenser method of pressing down, keeps the product clean and not exposed to the environment. I would not re-purchase this item, very pricey for no real results.

I don't know if this product is worth the hype and the price (even with the discount). It seems to have the right ingredients but why doesn't it keep my skin moisturized throughout the day? It's certainly not greasy as other people say but the product performance is really underwhelming. I don't plan on buying this again. Even if you have sensitive skin (this product is known to be tolerating for sensitive skin), I have used other moisturizers that are just as gentle for my sensitive skin. The only thing I like about this is the packaging--you don't have you use a clean spatula or deep fingers in the jar.
