It contains Heparan Sulfate Analog (HSA) technology with a unique blend of lipids that keep me soft and moisturized all day. This brand was recommended by the aesthetician in my dermatologists office for my mature skin. I had been a faithful user of NIA24 products until the company discontinued their line of products I had been using. I really think this cream has helped my skin.
