I’m not impressed. I have used this religiously and not noticed any improvement. It is slightly moisturizing but my regular facial moisturizer does a better job. Save your money. This is definitely not worth bothering with.

Dried out my lips
I was excited to try this based on the reviews. Upon application at bedtime, the smooth silky formula felt great. In the morning, my lips felt dry. After a few nights use, my lips were peeling, cracked and red. The description does indicate mild exfoliation but this was way too much for my lips. It was the opposite of "repair". I returned it.

Unimpressive Results
I’ve used almost the entire tube of lip treatment as directed twice a day before serums and moisturizer and have seen virtually no results. And in fact my lips now appear even more dry and lined than before. I have to regularly apply a moisturizing lip balm during day to keep lips from looking chapped. Would not buy again.

Doesn't Work
I love SkinCeuticals products, but this one just doesn't work for me. I have been using for weeks with NO RESULTS... Have switched to another brand with hydrocortisone that's much cheaper, which actually repairs and hydrates!
