Great Serum for Adult Acne
I’ve just recently begun using SkinCeuticals, and I’m beyond impressed with the quality and effectiveness of the products in such a short time. I use this serum day and night as the 2nd step of my routine. I tend to have clogged pores and suffer from occasional adult acne. I’ve also got scarring and discoloration. I’ve only been using this product for 2 weeks and can already see a difference in my skin. My pores are less congested, my skin is smoother and brighter and I can see that some of my scarring and discoloration is already fading. I’ve also used it as a spot treatment on acne and it reduces the redness and length of time the blemish sticks around.

Great product for me!
I have been using this for about 3 weeks now along with other SkinCeutical products (1.0 Retinol, CE Ferulic and B5 hydrating gel). This product has made a huge difference in quickly clearing up any blemishes and significantly diminishing pore size (no product I ever used has improved pore size this much.) I am 61 years old and have combo skin with occasional breakouts. This stings a bit upon application but does not make my skin flaky despite the 1.0 retinol use (I worked up to this over the last two years of using lower strengths of retinol). I use it in the morning after CE Ferulic and at night after retinol.

Perfect for Tricky Skin!

Wonderful for acne prone skin
It dries out your pimples so quick and it’s wonderful for acne prone skin like mine. It makes my skin looks so much better. I put it at night and by morning my pimples look so much drier and less inflamed.

Did not do much for me
I have struggled with acne for a while and tried this out. Unfortunately with my acne (which isn't super bad) I didn't really seem to notice a difference after using the entire product. If, after not using it for some time, I notice my acne gets worse I may consider purchasing again.

For me, this product is the Holy Grail of my nighttime routine. In fact, I am on my fourth or 5th bottle! I have really sensitive skin and can't tolerate a lot of things. I have tried retinol, which I know is a HG type of product for many people but unfortunately not me. This product lightly exfoliates my skin without the irritation I get from retinol. I follow up with a moisturizer for night time, and I wake up to clear and smooth skin.
