I was excited to try this given all the hype. I was extremely disappointed. First, it makes your face shiny and not in a flattering way. It almost looks like your face has been sweating all day and looks very oily. Second, this product burns the eyes to the point where I had to wash it off and remove my contact lenses. My eyes were sore for 2 days afterwards. I did not apply it near the eye area, but I think it melts as the day goes on and gets in your eyes, as my eyes only started burning several hours after application. I will use the remaining product on my body and not purchase again.

I was excited to try this product. Problem is it burns your eyes and it pills up. Doesn’t matter if your skin is clean and dry. Certainly can’t use your face oils under it. Flakes does not stay put.

SC Daily Brightening UV Def
This pains me as I’m a huge SkinCeuticals fan as well. First, the scent reminds me of old, stale suntanning lotion. It’s oddly shiny, and not in a flattering way. It made my face breakout after day four. I think the worst part is that I just don’t get the need for this product? SC makes several other great SPF sunscreens that I love and will stick with. Sorry.

Disappointed
I'm a huge fan of SkinCeuticals, but this was a huge disappointment for me. Returning this after it caused a burning sensation and white heads on my skin. It also pilled with application.
