I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s Skinceuticals, & I do like it but the texture is too fluid, too emollient as it is! Not to compare with the Triple Lipid Restore that I can use after Retinol!

Very Moisturizing!
This is a great cream for the winter! I typically have oily T zone and normal skin on the rest of my face but during colder temps (i.e. winter), I do tend to get a little dry in my cheek and forehead areas. This cream has really helped me balance out my dryness during the winter without making me super greasy. I have used this in the summer as well when it is warmer, and I just use it more sparingly and it still great at providing the right amount of moisture. I use this at night time.

After 25 years, I have found my forever night cream
I have been trying different night creams for 25 years from drugstore to some pretty expensive products from LovelySkin. This is the first time I have bought a second jar of anything. I’m living in a moister climate than before but through dry & humid weather this cream leaves my 64 year old skin feel hydrated & supple. I used to love to feel greasy at night but this cream doesn’t do that & I’m still very satisfied. I use a peas sized scoop & apply with slightly damp fingers. The plastic scoop was another product but keeps the product clean as I wash my hands before using the scoop.

Plumps and softens

If you have dry skin, this is for you. Feels like a body butter! I did not feel like this sat on top of my skin. Usually for thicker moisturizers, I tend to not use them for day wear. However, this one was fine. I have eczema which worsens during the winter. This was a big help.

Mosturizing without being overly heavy.
I really like this cream! It's really got some oomph! It feels quite heavy as you apply it, but it melts into your skin and leaves it feeling incredibly supple and moisturized. It's not sticky or tacky, it absorbs beautifully and really feels like it's healing your skin. It's my favorite winter moisturizer, but I look forward to seeing how it feels in the summer too!

I am a SkinCeuticals fan. This does feel heavier than the SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 Anti-Aging Cream (my favorite).. Doesn’t soak in as fast but it’s a solid choice for a good moisturizer.

Product sat on top of my skin
I'm a regular SkinCeuticals customer who fluctuates between normal to dry/dehydrated skin. I bought this to use it as a night moisturizer. It didn't work out because the cream just sat on top of my skin. I exfoliated, I hydrated myself with a lot of water as always, I kept exercising regularly, all of which supposedly helps with product's absorption, and the situation didn't improve. I thought maybe I was over applying and proceeded to use very little cream. Same effect: greasy looking skin that ended up transferring to my pillowcases, my husband and anything that touched my face. I'm still unaware why it has worked for the majority of people and not for me.
