My favorite toner
I have not always been enthusiastic about using toner but Skinceuticals Equalizing toner has changed all that. I use it with the Skinceuticals Gentle cleanser and it is effective, gentle and leaves my skin ready for the next step. It is non-drying and a pleasure to use.
