This cream cleanser doesn’t really clean my face. It does leave it feeling fresh and soft but as far as washing away dirt, etc, it doesn’t really work, but that’s not what cream cleansers are for anyway. Good for removing makeup though or washing face in morning.

Love this gentle cleanser!
This is a creamy cleanser that goes easily and rinses off clean. No breakouts and it seems to remove all traces of makeup. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how it is packaged. I do not like pump dispensers. It makes it hard to travel with. Wish they would put this product into a squeeze tube. Would make it easier for travel and easier to squeeze out the amount of product that you want.

Great for dry skin
This is the first cleanser I have tried in a very long time that did not dry out my Arizona skin. I use it after a makeup remover for best results. I like the packaging and the pump works well. A little goes a long way so I think it is worth the price.

Creamy, lightly scented cleanser does a pretty good job removing all make up, including mascara. It leaves my face soft and ready for nighttime moisturizer. Plastic pump bottle is a plus as a I sometimes take it into the shower with me.

Love this product--but what's with the new packaging??
My whole family loves and has used SkinCeuticals Gentle Cleanser for years. It used to come in a bigger, soft plastic bottle. I understand companies need to periodically put through price increases, but rather than just increase the price, the cleanser now comes in a smaller, hard bottle where the last 20% is impossible to get out. Would love the old packaging back at a higher price.

Bought this product after SkinCeuticals changed packaging. I had used the gentle cleanser at my skin professionals office and loved the smell and how easily it took my makeup off. I was hoping this would be a pretty similar product but the smell and texture seem very different. My skin still seems to be pretty clean after using the cleanser, but I miss the old product.

I have 50 yo old skin that's oily with dry patches and recurring chin acne. And my skin is so sensitive it gets red after I wash it and stays red for about 15 minutes. I needed a gentle cleanser that would also address my facial needs. This cleanser does not lather up but is very gentle, minimal redness and removes the day's makeup. I've used it about 10 days so I haven't seen a change in my other facial issues. Time will tell.

Perfect for Sensitive or Post Procedure Skin
This cleaner is perfect for super sensitive or post procedure skin! Its gentle, yet cleansing, and it smells pleasant! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it is more of a lotion base than I prefer. (My absolute favorite cleanser for sensitive skin is Obagi Rosaclear cleanser, but this would be a good runner up!)

Great gentle cleanser
I have been using Skin Ceuticals LHA cleansing gel for over a year now and find that my skin can get dried out with over cleansing. I bought the Gentle Cleanser to alternate with the LHA. It is a great, gente cleanser. My skin feels clean and soft - not greasy at all. I love the mild citrus scent. A great basic to keep on hand.
