Great for the dry winters
I use this on all different areas- wherever I get a dry patch in the dry Colorado winters. It's better than another brand in that it does not contain mineral oil. My esthetician loves it and is always rec'ing it as well.

Dry Skin Life Line
I have VERY dry skin, and also am acne prone, so I often break out if using exfoliating products that dry me out. Unfortunately, these products also are the ones that help fight acne and post-acne scaring. This ointment is a life saver for me. I use it in combination with some of the harsher products I use to help lessen dark spots and brighten my complexion. I typically slather it on at night, because it does have a thick greasy feel/look, but when I wake in the morning my skin is happy and moisturized! I highly recommend for those dealing with dry skin. Even just with weather changes, this is a game changer for fighting cold weather dryness.

Relief! FINALLY!!
I have adult acne and have been using the SkinCeuticals set for acne. The problem is that, at 53, I needed to but my skin was getting so dried out that I have to have a heavier moisturizer. This is perfect! It’s a heavier moisturizer almost like a petroleum jelly and it lays on top of your skin heavily until it begins absorbing. But my acne has not been aggravated by it and I get all day hydration. SkinCeuticals is the only brand for me.

Good for dehydrated skin!!
I had bought it as the chilly temperatures hit. Each winter my skin is seriously dry/got dried out because of the climate and utilizing tretinoin. This is actually similar to the semi-solid surface. Thick and gunky. Good for wintertime!!. I just do not like they put the cool reagent.
