I received a sample of this and loved it (so I bought the bottle). Having used the HA Intensifier in the past, while I liked it, it was still a little too sticky for me. This serum is not. It goes on smoothly and dries quickly. I follow it with a moisturizer in the morning. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last a few months. I do not use it in the evening. For reference, nearly 60yo and live in a humid climate.

This gel serum is fantastic for my dry skin. I use this product for both my day and night skin care routine to give me that much needed hydration boost. At night, I apply this product right before my nighttime moisturizer or I mix them together and apply it to my face and neck. If I'm feeling extra dry, I apply it right after toning at night before my other serums. During the day, I apply it before putting on my daily moisturizer to parch my thirsty skin. Although I live in a year-round humid climate, I have not had any problems with breakouts, excessive oiliness, or any adverse reactions while using this product. This serum was the missing link to keeping my skin hydrated and supple.

Great hydrating serum for dry skin
I have been using the SkinCeuticals hydrating serum for years. It is part of my daily routine. I use it in the morning and evening. It is also my "rescue serum" for dry hands and lips. I have tried other brands, and always come back to this one. It is very light and keeps my skin hydrated.
