Not great for my sensitive skin
Firstly, the amount of fragrance in this product is unnecessary and irritating. Secondly, I noticed increased redness and irritation. Obviously, that’s the opposite of what I’d hoped. This serum is very moisturizing, and could possibly work well for someone without fragrance sensitivities, though I don’t know anyone with redness and inflammation that wants fragrance or added coloring in their skincare. If you have even mild rosacea, I’d give this a hard pass.

I really love this SkinCeutical product. I have tried the samples as well as had it applied on my face after a laser. It soothes and calms irritated skin very nicely. Has a cooling effect. Great post-treatment gel.

Another WINNER from Skin Ceuticals
This is a really great product. I suffer from Rosacea, Contact Dermatitis and over all have very sensitive skin. This corrective gel is a great product in calming down my skin and making patches of redness much less prominent. Upon application, it is very soothing, goes on very easily, and definitely helps with the redness and irritation. I'm glad I discovered this product, and will continue to use as long as it is available. Tried many other gels and serums and this one is about the best for me. This product is incredibly soothing and calming to my skin when it is dry or a little irritated from my tretinoin. Just a few drops is all I need. My skin soaks it right up and it provides instant relief. I tend to use after my retinol at night to prevent any redness and it seems to do the trick.

Rosacea be gone!
When I was pregnant, I couldn’t use any of my rosacea topical prescriptions. I started using this twice a day and it really helps clear up any redness, especially after a workout or just a day in the sun (or five minutes in the Texas heat :) It also is a great moisturizer and makes my skin feel so hydrated. Evens skin tone and hydrates

I have rosacea, which flares up periodically. I have found this product to be helpful at tamping it down. It does not eliminate it. (eliminating it isn't a possibility) It works better than anything else I've tried. So I would recommend for anyone with sensitivity, redness or irritation in their skin.
