Soothing after an ablative procedure
I recently received an ablative laser treatment which required me to use great diligence in post-procedure skin care. This gel was a great soothing and calming antidote to the depth of laser treatment. At many points in those first few days I reached for this products to bring cooling and calming relief.

Seriously this stuff is awesome. I've used a handful of times and have already seen a difference in the hydration level and plumpness of my skin. I bought it for a cross-country plane ride because my skin gets so dry in the air. I slathered it on before I left the house and let it sit on my face until we got to our Airbnb and my skin looked great. Love this because you can use it like a mask and wash off after 15 mins or keep it on all night. Really good for post-procedure care too.

Go-to moisturizer
I put this stuff on everything. I put it on every night and sleep in it - it sinks right into your skin like an aloe instead of sitting on top of your skin like a goopy mask if you have to wipe off after 20 minutes. It's also amazing for burns and sunburns - lather it on nice and thick after a day at the beach and any sunburn or dryness is gone the next day.

I didn't even use this post procedure, I figured this would be a gentle way to ensure my face is well hydrated. Well, 30 seconds after putting it on my face turned red and the burning was not tolerable. I tried it a couple more times but the result was the same each time. I don't recommend this product.

Pretty good to use after microdermabrasion
My esthetician recommended that I use this to soothe irritated skin after a microdermabrasion and it helps a lot and is very hydrating. I wish his stuff came in a tube instead of a jar where it can get messy whereas a tube can be easier to apply with and us more sanitary.
