This cleanser is very gentle on the skin; however, because it is so gentle, it doesn't seem to do a great job of removing makeup. After washing my face, I still find ample makeup residue left behind on a cotton swab. I follow up with a toner to make sure I can get everything clean.

My facial skin is very sensitive and it just isn’t the right fit for sensitive or red skin. It feels soft snd leaves skin feeling firm but also a little too abrasive. I was hoping to find a good soft gentle cleanser that would help remove makeup but I can only use this every 2-3 days. Probably a better fit for someone with normal or oily skin.
