Awesome and No breakouts
I have super sensitive skin and breakout from mostly anything new I add to my skincare routine. I wanted to add a vitamin c and tried a few different ones before finding this. Each time, I broke out. This was the only vitamin c that did not cause any acne. I use it with my skinceuticals blemish and age defense and the daily moisturizer. I think its improving my skin but its subtle.

Helps with inflammation.
In the past, I used the higher strength version which I enjoyed. During a time while not using it, my face became sensitive and inflamed. I spent a year doing what everyone says and using nothing but basic products. Once my skin got calmer but sill not great, I got fed up and ordered this lower concentration. My inflammation went down and my skin started to seem more skin like. This wasn't the only thing that helped but I say take a chance. That period of not using anything did more damage in the long run.

Really like this C
I really like this serum better than Obagi. It's not sticky,oily and absorbs quickly. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and very gentle on the neck. I want to work my way up to 20% so this is the way to go. I don't like the dropper method, so I switched it to a spray nozzle and it's easy to apply this way. Plus it won't oxidize that quickly unlike with the dropper.
