Great cream, awful smell
The cream itself is amazing. It's lightweight, non-greasy, spreads easily and deeply moisturizes. I'd prefer a bottle or tube but the pot with the little spoon hasn't been that bad. The only real issue is the fragrance. It is truly awful. It immediately reminds you of granny creams from the 90s. Like a moth ball inspired smell. They should definitely make this product fragrance free.

Wonderful Cream
I have been using the TNS Advanced Serum together with the SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream for about 10 days. They both feel very light and substantial at the same time, with pleasant scent and consistency. My skin feels good and I think looks pretty good, though I expect more substantive results may take more time. I recommend!

Terrific cream..
I use this cream in tandem with the TNS ADVANCED SERUM, another great product. I am in my 60's with good skin on drier side. This cream firms and tightens and moisturizes too. No real fragrance, a plus. The only downside is the jar packaging. I received sample first which was in a tube, why can't company do the same for full size? Hence the 4 stars. The product is really wonderful tho, and I wait for discounts to purchase..

Comfort cream
This cream is the last application before my bedtime. It feels so soothing on my face. I have mild rosacea on my cheeks and although it may not seem to improve the redness it certainly feels great and is not increasing the redness. I have not used the product for a long period and maybe that will change in time.

Great for dry skin
I have very dry skin and have tried many moisturizers over the years. This is the one I always come back to. It can be a bit heavy, so I use it as a night cream. It keeps my skin smooth and soft, even through the long winters in New York. I took off one star for the packaging, because it takes up too much space for the amount of product.

Great moisturizer
Keeps my skin moisturized all day. Plumps my lines and wrinkles. Not greasy at all and it absorbs quickly. I’m not a fan of the scent. It smells kind of medicinal, but it’s not really offensive. It is pricey for the amount of product that you get, but I would probably purchase it again anyway because it works really well.

I have been waiting to order this with the TNS serum for so long. Unfortunately, it would work fantastic what's people that need that heavier cream, but I was so sorry that I had to return it because I finally thought I found the two items I have been waiting for now I have to go back to what I've been using I know that A and E cream is fantastic I just wish that would have worked for me LovelySkin has always been very courteous and very responsible with their clients I hope it works for the people that need a heavier cream.

I have been using the SkinMedica products for several years now. I am very happy with the results. My skin used to be much more dry, and the Dermal Repair Cream was one of few products that soothed my dry skin. Once I added HA5 into my regimen, my skin became much more supple. I almost didn't feel that I needed a separate moisturizer. I decided that it is still important, so I continue to use the Dermal Repair Cream at night. I am using a combination of the SkinMedica products which has improved my aging skin. I believe that the Dermal repair cream Has helped my overly dry skin and more obvious wrinkles. Very nice skin cream
I would really give this a 4.5 stars if I could. As other reviewers mentioned, the smell is quite strong and perfumey and reminiscent of grandma. Luckily, it dissipates fairly quickly. Otherwise, it could be a deal breaker for me. The container also leaves much to be desired as a pump or squeeze bottle would be more hygienic. The cream itself is great though. A little goes a long way, and it soaks right in. It doesn't leave me greasy at all. That being said, if you are used to a moisturizer that has that heavy feel, you won't think this is that moisturizing. For someone a little on the oily side, I find this perfect.
