My favorite moisturizer for dry skin
I’ve used this product off and on since I was 35. I’m going through peri-menopause now and it makes my skin feel plump, moist, fills fine lines, and took severe dryness away. Only moisturizer I will use while transitioning to menopause. My skin feels amazing. I was using a different brand for a little while, but my skin prefers skinmedica.

I thought this cream would make a difference to my dry skin. It goes on smoothly, absorbs nicely but I haven't noticed any appreciable improvement in the level of moisture, size of pores or overall texture.

I’ve been probably using this cream for 20 years. I have very dry skin. Dermal Repair cream keeps my skin hydrated with no reactions. I’ve tried to find something better but I always go back to Dermal repair cream.

I have tried quite a few moisturizers. I have very dry skin & this lasts all day. This works well under my makeup. It doesn’t dry my skin out or cause dry flaking patches as others have in the past. Goes on smooth. No noticeable fragrance. A little goes a long way, too. I have used this for about a year now.

I initially received a sample of this cream from a precious order and it prompted me to buy after two uses, it's so velvet-y smooth and gives a beautiful, radiant glow to the skin without being greasy or oily. I only use this at night as I have a lighter gel moisturizer I prefer during the day before my spf, but this is perfect for at night -- and could be used both day and night, if needed.
