I use several other products from Skinmedica with which I am very pleased . With the change if seasons I needed a richer moisturizer and decided to try the Dermal Repair when it went on sale. Although it feels nice and rich when being applied, it left my skin feeling dry. I also noticed a slight exfoliation which was odd. Maybe the fragrance is irritating my skin?

I just got this so I can’t speak to the results but I will not purchase again due to the heavy fragrance. For me, it’s a little too greasy/heavy for daytime so I only use this at night. It seems to moisturize well but the fragrance is too dtrong for me.

I love my TMS product and hydra booster from SkinMedica but this cream is nothing special. It is not rich and creamy. I did not seen any improvement from using it. It definitely does not stand up to the rest of the SkinMedica line up.

This cream has way too much fragrance and it’s not a very pleasant scent. It feels greasy but it seems to provide good hydration. I am not sure I will repurchase this though. This is the first Skinmedica product that I think I will pass on next time.

Good but breaking out
This product was suggested to replace the discontinued day cream I usually use. It has a light feel and I didn't think it was going to be enough to moisturize my skin in the dry NY winters. But it is very hydrating--not greasy at all. It absorbs well and lasts all day. I was pleasantly surprised. But then, after 2 days I noticed that it caused me to have an allergic reaction. I'm sad because I was warming up to the product (I really loved my old cream!) and now I can't use it.

Really want to like it
Goes on smooth and absorbs well. I was applying both in the morning and evening after TNS advanced Serum. But I noticed my cheeks turning a bit red within an hour of applying and I also had breakouts. I stopped using Dermal Repair for one week and my complexion cleared right up. I have begun to use it again only at night after applying TNS Advanced Serum. So far so good. I really want to like this product so hoping I don’t react again.

First off I’d like to say that the processing and shipping time was excellent! As far as the product, still giving it time. I’ve been using the SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream for just about a month now. I haven’t seen any difference as of today. The cream is light and goes on smoothly. I also like that it’s not too greasy going on. Hoping I’ll see a difference with my skin soon.

Formula change?
I received samples of this product and have also had it applied after procedures at my dermatologist office. That said, I purchased this and find the color to be darker than what it should be as well as the consistency to be lighter than that of the samples. It also does not seem to absorb into the skin and after using it for a week, have noticed my skin appears drier than when I was using my other day/night cream. I will keep using and hope for the best. I also purchase the TNS essential serum which I pair together with this, but results are not as I had hoped.

For the first week or two my skin really loved this... But, after that my skin started to feel itchy and dry. Started using just at night and still have problems, then tried to use a little of my Pevonia cream on top to ease the feeling of dryness but ultimately just decided to stop using this altogether. I really like the SkinMedica line and typically I am not one to complain about smells but, this had a perfumed scent that was very strong. It wasnt an organic/herbal scent, it was a musky smelling scent that reminded me of my grandmother when I was young. I hate to put such a strong review on scent but, it killed it for both me and my husband. So regardless of efficacy, I cannot buy it again.
