Not as effective as the acid creams & acid pads
Used many bottles and found this serum not as effective as as the pads or the acid creams. I already have pretty great skin but I didn’t find this serum particularly effective at lightening what little pigment I have. Also, my skin seemed to get a little acne from it.

Pump system terrible!
The new pump system does not work well! It’s hard to get the lotion out. Not sure how well it works bring frustrated with the pump.

Verdict is still out
I was a big fan of the predecessor of this product, SkinMedica's Lytera 2.0. I am not convinced this product has the same efficacy.

Problems with the pump
Having a lot of problems with the pump because there is more air coming out than the product each time I’m using it. Still too early to see any results but I’m sure it is a good cream.

I’ve been using this 2x/day for about two weeks. Maybe I’m seeing a slight improvement? Nothing radical. I’ll stick with it for another 10 weeks as suggested to see.
