Dark spot cream
Started using this along with the even and correct brightening treatment and even and correct treatment pads following two Ipl treatments. My skin looks pretty clear, however I was using the three every night and it was too much for my skin. I definitely had some burning and irritated spots on my face where I applied the three products. Since then I have backed off to using the even and correct treatment pads every other night and the even and correct brightening treatment every evening. No more burning or irritation. I am adding the dark spot cream back into the regimen on the days I don’t use the pads and see if my skin can tolerate it better. I do think it will assist in fading the remaining brown spots, but the combination at one time every day was too much for my skin.

Waiting to see results
I’ve been using this each night for about two weeks. Maybe I’m seeing a slight improvement? I’ll stick with it for another 10 weeks as suggested to see. I don’t understand the application though? If I apply just to the dark spots, what happens when I rub in my moisturizer all over my face afterwards?

SkinMedica Even and Correct
I have been using this product for several weeks now and I am astonishied at the results so far. My dark spots have faded dramatically. I have tried so many other products and nothing has worked so well. I highly recommended trying Even and Correct Cream. It’s a winner.

Great Product
I'm happy with this spot treatment - it targets areas that are resistant to other treatments.

Severe Dermatitis
I don't know what it is about SkinMedica's dark spot line, but it causes severe dermatitis for me. I started using Lytera 2.0 about 2 years ago and used it for 6 months with no issue when it suddenly caused me to start having dermatitis. I'm talking crusty, oozing, and itchy sores. It's not the active ingredients because I've used other brand creams (and even a prescription) using tranexamic acid, niacinamide, kojic acid, or arbutin with no issues. I've used retinol with no issues. Was excited to see that SkinMedica had this new product because I did feel that Lytera 2.0 helped the most with my melasma. Well, used this for the first time last night and woke up this morning with the worst dermatitis ever. Half of my face is swollen such that it's difficult to use my mouth, and I have itchy, crusty, and oozing sores all over. Whatever common ingredient SkinMedica is using, I hope they don't mess with their other existing products since I've currently been using the TNS Advanced Serum with no issues. On the other hand, I guess if I have to stop using that, it won't be a big issue since I've used for that for over one year and honestly don't see any results.
