Bring back old packaging
The product itself is amazing. I have used this cleanser for 8+ years. However, the new screw cap is annoying and the product leaks or you fumble it around with wet hands.

It’s just ok
First off - I’m a huge fan of SkinMedica and I really enjoy their AHA facial wash.. So I was ready to love this one too. However- I simply can’t get this cleanser to create any suds , bubbles, or any type of consistency that lets me know it’s cleansing. I’ve tried everything, and ironically, the only way it works is if you use it on a clean face, as in a 3rd wash . Defeating the purpose. Not a repurchase for me, however, maybe you will love . I'm not sure with this cleanser. My skin is changing due to winter, so harder to tell for sure but I dont believe my skin is loving this cleanser. I think it's probably better suited for summer, foundation wearers etc, it seems yo be slightly drying and stripping. Nothing harsh just not a gently and soothing as I need

I love most Skinmedica products and had high hopes for this cleanser. I was looking for a non-stripping but effective face wash, and this fits the bill. However, I don’t like it. Why? First, the smell. It reminds me of dish detergent, and it lingers. It doesn’t help that the gel is dyed blue! I get Dawn liquid soap vibes. Second: it’s very thick. I wouldn’t normally mind this, but the viscous consistency makes it difficult to rinse completely off, especially around my hairline. I feel like I need to waterboard myself to get it off. The pros: It does not strip my skin, and it has no actives that might irritate. I definitely feel clean after using it, but the experience of using it is unpleasant for me. I won’t be repurchasing this one.

It's okay, cleans your skin
This product is nothing special- I used it with a pre-wash. I don't know why but I always get the taste of the product in my mouth. I have never had that happen before with other face washes. It has a terrible chemical taste. it takes a while for it to go away. I know of course you do not want facewash in your mouth but sometimes it happens and when you really scrub a little gets in the corner even when your mouth is closed. the container is also hard to use. especially when you get down to halfway- it is hard to get out. I love SkinMedica products but this one just isn't for me.

I don't love this cleanser. I purchased based on the skincare line and reviews as the cleanser I normally used has been backordered from factory for a while. This says it is foaming, but it foams very little which is super disappointing.

I haven’t finished the tube before moving on to a different cleanser. I felt like it was leaving my face somewhat dry. Good price and quantity but I’d recommend other brands from LovelySkin first

I like the feel and smell of this cleanser, but it doesn't do a great job of taking off makeup. I have to wash my face at least twice to get my makeup off. If I use it on a clean face in the morning it works fine though.
