This is by far the best skin hydrating cream out there. I have VERY sensitive skin. I am 45 and my skin makes me look 15 years younger. I know it is because of this hydrating cream. Constant hudration
Love this moisturizer. I have used it for about 2 years and it is my go to , everyday hydration moisturizer with a retinol product at night and a vitamin c/antioxidant serum for day. I am normally on the dryer side and this product really normalizes my skin. I am 59 and feel that this, in combination with day and night serums really keeps my skin looking younger. Even if I don't use anything else, this product is the key to hydrated skin. Love it!!

Not as good as it used to be
I used this cream for years, but it kept getting reformulated for the worse, so i stopped. Purchased again in hopes for the old glory - nope. It's a totally different product now with the same name. Doesn't hurt the skin, but doesn't help it. Identical to a drugstore product now.

I used to use the Dermal Repair because I am on an airplane daily and needed extra moisture but it always made the hair around my face look greasy. I had a sample of this on and liked it even more. It’s moisturizes without being greasy. I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin. This doesn’t bother either.
