Expensive but worth it
I’ve been using this serum for years. I use it every night. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly. I believe that it has helped keep my skin smooth and firm. It’s expensive but in my opinion worth it.

Pretty good serum
I tend to have good skin for my age. 60. I haven't seen earth shattering results yet Using it for 6 months now. My skin feels and looks good. The only complaints I have is the packaging is cheap for such an expensive serum and the pump doesn't always work even when following directions. It doesn't last very long but I'm still a believer.

Love this but soooo pricey!
This serum is so amazing and has really helped my skin and complexion. I have received multiple compliments on how well my skin looks. It really does work but it is so pricey, and I had to knock off a star because I have ordered this multiple times and each time the container would get stuck and I could not get the product out.

Pump not working on last two bottles
So frustrating. This is the second bottle in the row where I was not able to get the pump working. The first time I let it go after trying all of the "fixes". This time I am making a complaint. I tried all of the steps to prime the pump and one side is working but now it is leaking under the cap and wasting a ton of product. For nearly, $300, I expect better. Disappointed!!!

I've been buying SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum for some time now and am typically satisfied with this product. However, this purchase I am not, as only one chamber worked at a time. First, the chamber with the creamy white substance dispensed for about a week or a little more, and then the other chamber with the clear liquid substance dispensed for about a week. Never did both chambers work at the same time. To top it off the product only lasted for 2-3 weeks, where typically it lasts 2 months (with nightly application)! So disappointed!

I am on my second bottle of this serum and like it. It is pricey but I do think my skin shows some improvement. I have had trouble with getting both products out at the same time, but find if you cover the 2 holes with a finger and pump a few times, it will get the serums moving together.

This product was recommended to me by my dermatologist. It is a very nice serum but a little clunky in the delivery system. Two separate serums (within one container) are dispensed by pressing the top with two fingers causing the serums come out at the same time from side-by-side openings. When I tried dispensing the serums, only one side worked. After trying a number of times with no success I ended up calling SkinMedica and they gave me tips on how to get both serums out at the same time. This product is dispensed to the back of your hand where you combine it before applying it to your face. Once I got the hang of it, I find it manageable and really like this product. I would have given this five stars if it was easier to dispense.
