Worth a try
My dermatologist recommended this to me because I fell and scraped a lot of skin off my knee. I find that I’m healing slower these days and where the scrape is, there’s lots of wrinkles where the knee bends. So, 4months later and the area is no longer scabby, but it’s still highly discolored and sensitive to the touch. I’ve been putting this on twice a day along with “even and correct” and it’s truly beginning to fade and heal better. The injured area is no longer super thick and it’s not quite as sensitive. Although I still have a ways to go, I truly believe this is helping speed the process along faster than it would without it.

Best Scar Therapy Gel

Amazing on scars!!
I have a couple of scars on my face from where I have messed with my skin, and the Stratpharma Strataderm Scar Therapy Gel has healed them completely. I also bought it for my mother when she had Mohs surgery on her face and a partial knee replacement. Both of her scars healed beautifully. I had previously used another type of silicone gel which had been recommended by my dermatologist. But it had a chemical sunscreen in it and I end up covering my scars with my tinted physical sunscreen so I felt it was unnecessary and. more likely to eventually irritate my sensitive skin. I'm so glad I found this! I love the consistency. It is easy to apply, covers easily with makeup and powder, washes off without a problem and is not noticeable. I have been using it for several weeks now and my scars are healing wonderfully. Highly recommend.

I apply this a day after I get TCA cross on my cheeks. It works well as a protective barrier under moisturizer, sunscreen, and foundation. I also find that it helps the TCA cross scab form a lot quicker, which is essential for healing and regenerating the skin.
