It's worked great for me
I bought a 2 pack of this from Costco at a discount and thought I might as well give it a shot. My neck had become loose and crinkly on the surface. I used it religiously twice a day for a month and a half and then noticed a real difference in my neck. I was pretty surprised. But, I think you have to keep at it to see results.
