This product is on the expensive side but results show after a few uses. Exfoliates and leaves my skin bright and even toned. This is a good brand and product.

Worth it
I use to use a bunch of expensive skin care and this is one of the few items from that lineup that I still use. Effective, gentle, and doesn’t make my face flaky. I use one pump before bed and let it sit for a few minutes before adding my moisturizer on top. My blackheads on my nose are now only visible with a 10x mirror and I rarely break out, which was a problem for me before. I’m glad they lowered the price, but I would have still kept using it at the old price.

Best Lactic Acid Exfoliant
I'm usually a skincare product hopper, but this is definitely a product I keep repurchasing because it's *that good*!!! I use this a few times per week in the evening and my skin is noticeably smoother and brighter the following morning. This is a staple in my regimen. I have tried a couple of other lactic acid serums and this one is superior.

I have so many products ( a real junkie) but I keep coming back to Sunday Riley "Good Genes". It really does make a difference in my skin. Smoother, brighter, tighter, younger. I am never without it and even though I try a hundred other products I like (and even love) this still is number one (or two :) )

Good Genes Sunday Riley
The product really delivers all the promises. It shows the difference how the skin looks within three days. The plant based exfoliators don’t irritate the skin, in contrast to retinol which often does. But I still use a good SPF on top of it in the morning. Once you tried this product I would recommend to supplement it at night with A+ Sunday Riley higher dosage of still plant derived retinoid serum. One can finish it with Luna Retinol Sleeping Night Oil. That will deepen exfoliation and it doesn’t have to be applied every night. Again it’s a gradual experience if you are new to Retinol. I am not new to Retinol, but I definitely prefer that plant derived exfoliation.

I have tried a lot of different skin care and brands and this product is a keeper. I have used Good Genes now for a couple of years pretty consistently and even have recommended it to friends in my age range (55-65). I know I get compliments on my skin when I use it!
