This is a gentle exfoliator that can be used 1-2x weekly. I am overly cautious though as my skin is very sensitive. It helps remove dead skin cells and reveal healthier skin especially prior to a special event. It is pricey but does what is says!

I started using this with a Sunday Riley set and really liked it. It makes my skin glow but burns (it does say that for sensitive skin to only use as a mask). Not something to use during the day or even daily at nighttime as it is really an abrasive acid.
