My hair stylist originally recommended this for itchy scalp. After purchasing a bottle from her then finding a much better sale price here, I purchased the larger container from LovelySkin and fill up her smaller bottle. Both my husband and I use it and like it very much. Not only does it help with itchy scalp but it leaves my hair shiny and healthier looking than most other shampoos.

Hmmmm
This was my favorite shampoo when I purchased it from a salon many months ago, so I had to order more online when the salon ran out. But when I got half way through this bottle it started making my hair feel unclean and waxy about half way through. I used to be so into this product but after this experience I won’t be using it again. However, I do wonder if hormonal changes have any impact on the effectiveness of this shampoo for me… not sure. I just know it’s not the one I want to use again. However, the minty smell and slight tingle at the scalp did draw me in!

Not that great
Once I started using this, my hair felt cleaner and helped out my scalp. My hair was also smoother and less frizzy. However, before I could finish the bottle I noticed that it dried my scalp a little more because it become more flaky. Then I noticed that my hair wasn’t as smooth as the first few washes. Also noticed more breakage. I’m not sure if you should rotate it with another shampoo and conditioner. I ended up throwing it all away.

Not worth it.
I've lost some of my hair because of treatments. I was hoping to stop the hair fall and help with the stimulation of my scalp so that the hair would regrow faster. However, this shampoo didn't help with that. The only thing I felt was burning on my scalp and part of my face. I wash my hair twice every day for many years. I am a cosmetologist so I know we can't expect a magic bullet but what this shampoo does, I could do it at home naturally by using essential oil. My regular shampoo is from a different brand. I rather stick with that which I have used for over a decade. I know it doesn't stop hair loss or stimulate the scalp, but it volumizes my hair, smells great, and doesn't make my scalp itchy or oily. I don't recommend this shampoo for hair loss or thinning. I am on biotin and my hair grew amazingly so quickly and the lost hair is regrowing at a very fast rate. Most of the products I purchase from LovelySkin are to my satisfaction but not this product.

This shampoo is magic in a bottle—nothing else makes my hair quite so soft. Is it expensive? Yeah, a bit. But it makes my hair and scalp feel amazing, and I'd say that's worth it. Plus it smells great, and the menthol feels really nice!
