This is a good pencil for me. Draws a tight line and doesn't smudge. The shade of brown is lovely, especially with summer eyeshadow tones.

It does stay on, as others said . . . but getting it on is the problem. There is no way to keep the point sharp so you must use an angled brush to smooth it. The crayon is fairly hard so in my opinion, it doesn't go on easily. That being said, after struggling with getting it where I want it and then smoothing it with a brush, the effect is decent and it does stay on. I feel there are much better products that can be applied with a lot less trouble.
