Excellent Eyeliner!
I am wary of trying new eyeliners because many are advertised to last but do not. This one caught my eye because of the cute packaging, and I am glad that I tried it. This eyeliner comes in different colors. I chose the blue one and it is a very nice blue color (not too overt). The liner lasted me all day, without smudges.
