The only shampoo I use!
I am so thankful that Lovely Skin sells this product. I went through patch testing and was diagnosed with a balsam of peru and lanolin allergy. I was struggling so badly to find a shampoo I could use to fit my allergen profile due to the allergens themselves as well as potential cross reactions. I was so excited when I got a back in stock email from this company because no one else sold it when I desperately needed it for seborrheic dermatitis. I was literally applying compounded topicals to my scalp because I couldn’t get any shampoo that was free of my allergens. It works perfectly for seb derm and my allergy profile. I am so thankful this company sells this product! I have already reordered!

Reliable Relief for a Sensitive Scalp
I started using Vanicream Dandruff Shampoo on the recommendation of my dermatologist, and it has been excellent. I only need it occasionally, but whenever my scalp gets dry, itchy, or flaky, this clears things up quickly. I also appreciate how pure and simple the formula is — it isn’t full of unnecessary additives, which fits with its old “Free & Clear” name. It’s fragrance free as well, which is a big plus for me. One thing to note is that it can leave your hair feeling very “squeaky” clean, so you’ll probably want to follow with a conditioner or detangler. Even with occasional use (about once every few weeks), it works reliably and keeps my scalp comfortable. For anyone looking for an effective, no‑nonsense dandruff shampoo, I would highly recommend it.

Best dandruff shampoo
This shampoo was referred by my husband's dermatologist. Since I also have dandruff and eczema on my scalp I thought I would try it as well. The results were better than I expected. I had a very bad eczema flare up with oozing sores on my scalp. I used this once and immediately noticed relief. I used it a second time and my flare up was almost cleared up completely. It has no fragrance which is great because I am very sensitive to smells as well. I'll never go back to regular shampoos.

Best for Super Sensitive Skin
I love this shampoo and don’t know what I’d do without it. I’m allergic to most lathering agents and vanicream dandruff shampoo does not trigger my contact dermatitis. It also does a great job eliminating dandruff.

Great for itchy, dry scalp
I occasionally have a dry, itchy scalp and the Vanicream Dandruff Shampoo helps tremendously! I like wet my hair, work the Vanicream Dandruff Shampoo into my scalp and leave on for about 5 min, rinse, then follow with my regular shampoo and conditioner. My scalp feels very clean and remains flake and itch free for about 1-2 weeks. I now use this shampoo about every other wash, as maintenance and have noticed that I rarely develop flakes, and the itchiness I used to experience is significantly less. I have thick, fine hair, and an overall healthy scalp. I highly recommend this product!
