Best Shampoo I have
This shampoo is the only one that doesn't leave my hair dry or my scalp itchy. I have very sensitivities to many ingredients in cosmetics and this one by Vanicream has turned out to be the perfect one for me. Thank you for producing such a great product for those of us who have had a lot of sensitivities to ingredients in hair products.

Only shampoo I use for 2 years now
Though I never had dandruff, I have the fussiest scalp. Tried every fragrance free, non-chem shampoo, and still had to schedule my hairstylist appointments only when my scalp was calm. Went to dermatologist who recommended pyrithione zinc shampoo. Tried the classic well-known one, but it left me greasy over time .. and I am never greasy. Found this, the only fragrance free one I could find. My scalp is calm & happy; my hair looks & feels great. What more do I need from a shampoo? Now I schedule with my hairstylist whenever I need a cut, instead of waiting out an upset scalp. I never have to think about it anymore. Relief!

I'm a 42 yo white lady. This has seemed to help with many of my issues: 1) cured my dandruff, after 6 months of only using this, I maintain now with washing with every third hair wash. 2) resulted in my curly hair to be curly again, not wavy or limp anymore 3) resulted in new hair growth and thicker hair Suggested to a Black friend, she's trying with her kid who has alopecia. It's helped some. Unclear how much it has helped though.

We took the pre-teen to a dermatologist to get a handle on their skin, and this shampoo was recommended. Love ordering it from this site on subscription! Three of us currently use it. Sure it looks like Elmer’s glue and doesn’t suds up like I was used to, but it’s great for skin issues and dandruff, and as a bonus for my sensitive nose, doesn’t smell like a perfume factory. Win! Already recommended it to a friend. Our bottles have never had a leak issue, and none of us have to fight the lid. Just a basic shampoo bottle with good stuff inside. If your hairline skin suffers a little, bring the shampoo down past your hairline and let it sit on the skin for a minute or so.

Great shampoo!
My dermatologist recommended using two different shampoos and alternating them weekly. He suggested one should be a zinc shampoo. You can find many of those in stores BUT NONE fragrance free. I cannot tolerate the odors of the others and this has NONE! Vanicream zinc is the best and I will use it forever. 'LovelySkin' ships expeditiously also. Thank you!

Amazing shampoo
This shampoo does the trick for me. I have seborrhoeic dermatitis on my scalp and this helps tremendously with the itching and flaking. It is hard to find a shampoo that is fragrance free to address this issue and VANICREAM does not disappoint. I cannot live without this!!

Does what it says BUT...
This product has helped with my flakes and cleanses my hair well, but I'd argue it's not very color-safe, especially for fashion colors. I currently have purple hair, and when I use this (around once/ week), I see much more purple when I rinse than I do with my regular color-safe shampoos.
