Leaves a yellow to brownish film behind
I've had it actually dry and enlargen my targeted breakout spots. Though the yellow to brownish color residue it leaves behind ony face, makes it unusable for me and my husband during the day on targeted spot treatments.

I have a really hard time with spot treatments in general. They are either too strong with BPO that irritates my skin or too weak with salicylic acid. When I saw this spot treatment had sulfur in it and niacinamide in it I was eager to try it. This stuff dries out your acne while the niacinamide helps soothe the inflammation and keep the redness minimal. This stuff dried up my acne in 24 hours and caused no irritation. This has earned a spot in my acne arsenal. FYI it does have a sulfur scent to it but it works so that’s not an issue in my book but it something to be aware of.
