Good spot treatment
I have been using it for 2 weeks as a spot treatment for my pimples and it does work. I gave it 4 stars because it dries out the patch of skin I put it on so use it with caution

Effective but a little smelly
I bought this to use on cystic acne and it's effective without drying out my skin like other acne products. It does have a sulfer-y smell but even with that downside, I would recommend it for sensitive skin acne.
