Over 65 with fine hair about chin length. I would say this did give some volume to my hair and did not really weigh it down. I guess I was hoping for something more. More shine, more bounce, more oomph but it did not particularly impress me one way or the other. Switched back to a mousse for blondes and silver hair which gave me more shine. I have just changed hair style to a shaggy long pixie cut and will try again to see if it will help emphasize some of the structure of the new layers. But right now I would probably not reorder as it seems no different than the other 20 or so half used hair products in the closet.
