Seems to be working?
I've been using these Viviscal tablets for about seven months at this point. I definitely have a lot of baby hairs around my hairline, which is nice. I also think I have less scalp showing on my hair part. However, given how slowly hair grows, I think it's still a bit early to make a final judgment. I plan to keep using these tablets for at least 12-18 months and will re-assess then. So far, though, I'm pleased. And as a side note, I was a bit worried about whether the biotin in these tablets might give me acne, as I have very reactive skin. However, my skin's been about the same.

Top Supplement for Hair Loss
My dermatologist prescribed Viviscal as part of my hair loss treatment, along with 5% minoxidil. I had been using minoxidil prior to seeking assistance from a dermatologist. I have been using Viviscal for 60 days and have noticed the following benefits as compared to just the minoxidil alone: increased hair growth (can tell by the amount of grey roots and fly-aways from growth), hair density is getting better, still fine (used to have thick, coarse hair), not as much shedding in the shower and hair is shinier. My dermatologist indicated it takes 90 days to experience the full benefits so I am happy with the benefits experienced at 60 days. I just ordered two additional 90-day supply packs. Prior to seeking dermatological treatment, I have ordered, what seems like every high end hair growth supplement on the market , some were more expensive than Viviscal. I stopped taking all that I tried as no results were experienced. I was so desperate that if there was a slight improvement I would have continued the product. Noticeable difference in my hair
My dermatologist recommended Viviscal to me, and I have been taking the supplements for over a year and a half. There is a noticeable difference in my hair: I had a thinning "swirl" at the back of my head which is now gone, and as I run my fingers through my hair, it feels as if there is more of it. Maybe reduces shedding
My hair grows really fast, maybe with the help of the vitamins. Some reduction in shedding but not total stop. I’m not that good taking it twice a day as recommended. My hair loss is due to PCOS (hormones) and I’m willing to try anything.

Best hair vitamin on the market
I’ve been using viviscal pro for a couple of years now on and off. Every time I switch to something else, I can tell the difference pretty quickly. My thin hair falls flat and doesn’t look as shiny. My nails also get brittle and break easily. But once I switch back to viviscal, within a few weeks my hair looks so much healthier and I have less breakage and fallout in the shower. I also need more frequent haircuts because it grows so fast. My hairdresser can’t believe how long my hair gets now in between cuts. As an added bonus my nails get really strong and grow fast and look so pretty and healthy without nail polish. I’m never straying again!! Give it a couple of months and be consistent when you first start out. Don’t waste your money on other products - there is truly nothing better for hair and nail health out there.
