I've taken regular strength viviscal for t last year and have seen some improvement in hair growth and texture. Nothing amazing like the commercials or ads. I do gave baby growth on front temples where it was balding so I thought I would switch up to a higher strength.

Absolutely resolved my thinning hair and open spots issues. It originally took 60-90 days to see real baby growth and thickening. That was in 2019? I have not missed but a day since. I buy the 180 tablets at a time. I take one in am and one in afternoon or night every single day. I use the regular Viviscal shampoo but have not always. It just smells great and cleans the scalp well. My hair is SO grown in , and thanks to the pandemic it is thick and down to almost the middle of my back -- and I turn 60 in April! There are so many products out there that claim to help thinning hair. This actually works! I am 40 and my once-thick hair started thinning (basically is she’s a ton in the shower and wouldn’t get much new baby hair growth) around age 36/37 after my 3rd child was born. I only gave 4 stars because I have only taken the supplements for 2 weeks - I like the fact that it's only 2 a day and I have had no side effects. I chose this product because a friend used Viviscal for a few years and was very satisfied. I was happy to see that LovelySkin offers the Pro Viviscal which is even better. Beware if you have difficulty with swallowing. The pills have a rough texture. A coating would make them much easier to swallow. I had an urgent endoscopy because a Viviscal Professional Supplement pill became lodged in my throat.
