Easy to use
Just two pills a day easy to take does have a slight fishy taste. My hair did start new growth but I also was using hair serums and rogaine so not sure how much new growth was from viviscal. I slowed down viviscal and rogaine use and saw more excessive shedding again so now back on both

This product requires commitment and patience. It look about 6 months of me taking two per day. Then I realized my pony tail was fuller and I had short baby hairs all over. My hair coming in is curlier but at this point 18 months later my hair dresser is amazed. It has totally changed my hair.

Bountiful shedding to none
My hair had been shedding by small handfuls for months. I was losing weight and possibly not eating enough protein. Without changing my nutrition, I started using Viviscal Pro as directed. I'm quite cynical regarding most products with good reason. I was thrilled that in about a month, the shedding completely stopped. I cannot attest to hair growth, but it may be possible that it is growing but not as dramatic as the shedding resolution. I continue the protocol with no thoughts of discontinuing.
