I've been using Viviscal PRO twice a day for one month. I'm honestly stunned at how much it has lessened the shedding! Within two weeks there was a noticeable difference and at the one month mark I estimate the shedding has reduced 80-90%. As someone who was losing a handful with each shampooing, this is a big deal.
