I've been using Viviscal PRO twice a day for one month. I'm honestly stunned at how much it has lessened the shedding! Within two weeks there was a noticeable difference and at the one month mark I estimate the shedding has reduced 80-90%. As someone who was losing a handful with each shampooing, this is a big deal. Another very unexpected result is my nails are growing like crazy and oddly enough, my skin isn't nearly as dry. As a post-menopausal 53 year old, all of these results are most welcomed!
