Been taking viviscal since July and it has definitely showed improvement in the thickness of my hair. I have been getting compliments that my naturally thin hair looks luscious and full. Noticed baby hairs growing in around my hairline which weren’t there a few months ago. Hair is growing much faster now. Have to trim my bangs every two weeks and keep up with shaving and plucking more often than before. Took a few months to fully kick in but now the results are undeniable. Bought a box for my mom and noticed huge improvements in her hair appearing thick and fuller too. On my second round and will keep purchasing in the future. Definitely recommend if you do not have a shellfish allergy.
