My hair is thinning from medication & hereditary. I've tried many remedies, shampoo, and serums. My hair was falling out by the handful. My first supply I tried to stretch it & only took 1 capsule a day. I had moderate success. After 1 month taking 2 capsules a day, there was a dramatic reduction in hair loss. I've been taking this product for about 3-1/2 weeks. I think it takes at least 3 months for you to notice any results. But, I have already noticed that there is less hair coming out of my head when combing or in the shower, and that's worth something right there! I plan to evaluate at three months whether I will continue to take this product, but based upon what I am seeing so far, I think it works.

Since I started taking Viviscal vitamins, I feel like my hair appears fuller, and I can actually see new baby hairs growing on my front head. I've been using Viviscal Professional for just over 3 months now. I'm not sure whether or not I have increased hair growth based on just looking at my hair. However, I will say that the "hair-catcher" drain cover in my shower seems to catch a lot less hair than when I started taking these supplements. I think the "professional" version works better than the regular version. I previously tried the regular version and saw no difference in my hair.
