Better than the extra strength viviscal!
I've used both extra strength viviscal and the professional viviscal. I have to say that the professional does work better than the extra strength. The extra strength you can primarily just get in drug stores. But the professional you can only get from an authorized retailer, such as your dermatologist or LovelySkin. While using the professional, I hardly had any hair loss in the shower. I ran out, and I went back to using the extra strength that I found in the drugstore for a couple months & I've noticed a lot more shedding. I'll never make that mistake again! Back to the professional strength I go. And save everyone time on researching cost of the professional, LovelySkin has the most affordable price.

Worthy long term investment
It's definitely a long-term investment, just like any of the facial products you apply on daily basis, but for viviscal, it's not topical, it's a supplement. Initially, I stopped for 2 whole months after consuming viviscal for 6 months straight because I do see improvement of my falling hair conditions, but I was wrong. After stopping for 2 months, my hair went back to the original "falling" state. This left me no choice but to continue consuming viviscal as it proved to be effective after 4-6 months continuous consumption.

You have to be patient, but these vitamins are totally worth it!
I am 26 years old and suffered from significant hair loss due to hormonal changes in taking different birth control pills. After deciding to quit the pills, I learned that you also experience worse shedding for 3-6 months afterwards. Viviscal Professional Supplements
These work! They were recommended by my dermatologist after I had an appointment about my excessive hair loss. I took them for a couple weeks and the piles of hair on the floor started to go away. I can't say for sure if I am regrowing hair, but I can say that the hair loss has dramatically decreased. Please note: Make sure you get the professional strength. I did not try the standard strength to know if they work. Also it does take at least a month of twice a day pills to start to see the effect, so don't get discouraged if you don't see a difference immediately. Be aware, if you miss a pill or two, you will start to see that hair fall out again. I have been on these pills for about a year now and no bad side effects. It really works!

Great for improving thin hair

Keep Your Hair
I have been using Viviscal Professional for at least 4 years, and it has filled in hollow spots around the top of my head. Since I was 19 years old, I had alopecia ariata, and Viviscal Professional is one of the products I can't live without! If I stop taking it, I notice a decrease in fullness, and my hair starts to fall out. Therefore, if I have to give up a nail appointment or use Viviscal, I'd rather give up the nail appointment. Try it out for yourself, and you will see the change in 3-4 months but don''t stop using it!
