I used it every night!

I started off with this .5 overnight for 6 months. I really noticed a difference in my texture and fine lines so I moved to the 1.0. Now I use the 1.0 most nights, but when I start flaking (usually in the summer) I go back down to this .5. Great to have both strengths on hand depending if I have been in the sun or not. Can't go wrong with skin medica!!
