I’ve worked up to 0.5% strength and use this product 2-3 times per week, hoping to get to 3-4 times per week. I’ve noticed my skin is more sensitive when using other products containing retinol when advancing to this strength but want more benefit as I age with the understanding that this is normal. So far so good.

This one actually works, though at first I did have some sensitivity (I had been using a different product which said it contained 1 percent retinol, but I wonder). This did cause initial dryness and itchiness, but within a week of using every other day I was able to tolerate using it every night. I’ve noticed lightening of dark spots and a refining of pores.
