Easing into next level
I started with the SkinMedica .25 Retinol Complex, which my sensitive skin adjusted to very quickly. Transitioning to the 0.5 has been slow as I experienced some slight irritation when used two nights in a row, or if I used another active the following morning. So I'm easing into this product. However, the consistency/texture and lack of fragrance are nice and I am hopeful for the result.

My skin is very sensitive so I can only use .5 retinol every other day. I use a lot of SkinMedica products…this one hasn’t disappointed. I cannot say much about results b/c I just started using it but I’m sure it will be great as all their products I’ve used have kept my skin looking good.

sensitive skin

I used it every night!
I started off with this .5 overnight for 6 months. I really noticed a difference in my texture and fine lines so I moved to the 1.0. Now I use the 1.0 most nights, but when I start flaking (usually in the summer) I go back down to this .5. Great to have both strengths on hand depending if I have been in the sun or not. Can't go wrong with skin medica!!

Perfect concentration
